Assistant Graphic Designer (Full-time or Part-time)

 

[Requirements]

- Background in design and/or social media marketing

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Experience using YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok

- Knowledge of branding.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of ALL information.

- Must be well-organized, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to multi-task and manage projects.

- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and other teammates.

- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out general written or oral instructions.

- Requires good analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 

+ Photography is a plus.

+Experience in Videography is a plus.

[Job Details]

Pay: 경력직은 협의 후 결정 (또는 Starting $15.00 /per hour during training period)

Job type: Full-time or Part-time

Full Time: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM  (45 hours/week)

Part-Time: 근무시간과 요일 조정 가능 (About 20 hours/week) 

Probation time: Three-month training period

Raise: 6-month raise available after a performance review

 

 

[Responsibilities]

- Create visually engaging and cohesive designs for various digital and print media.

- Create graphic and product concept design.

- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

- Communicates and works closely with cross-functional team members to produce on-brand assets that support business objectives and marketing goals.

- Assist with and create print-ready files for final print production.

- Responsible for communications with the 3rd party working on the project.

- Interpret feedback positively and use it as an opportunity to propel forward.

- Create a description of the product, advertisement, marketing materials, etc.

- Upload, organize, and maintain customer files on Google Drive and share them with the team

- Meets deadline requirements of assigned projects.

- Responsible for the overall administrative functions including, but not limited to maintaining reports, digital filing, general office maintenance, office supply ordering, and maintenance, etc.

- Answer phones & emails professionally and direct calls appropriately. 

- Help maintain a calendar with a meeting set up and details

- Assist in scheduling photo shoots with clients

- Collaboratively follow up with clients, working to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.

- Must comply with and ensure continued, consistent compliance with all company policies, and federal, state, and local laws/regulations including but not limited to: employment, safety, and health.
