Advanced Replacement Center Staff (Contract) Hanwha Vision America (Formerly Hanwha Techwin)

Advanced Replacement Center Staff will be responsible for all Advanced Replacement (AR) requests including the following:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Creating UPS Shipping labels for all AR requests daily basis.
· Managing defective units returned from customers
· Placing an order for New AR stock accordingly
· Inventory for the AR stock
· Charging the cost of the products (through the system)
· Communicate with a technician
· Managing expenses
· Customer service: Customer’s requests such as providing ETA
REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to work within HVA’s internal operating systems including SAP and ERP preferred
· Bilingual in Korean and English
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft excel
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed
· Understanding working as a team
The role is office-based in Hanwha Vision America Repair Center, located at 100 W Forest Ave ste H, Englewood, NJ 07631.
This position will be on the 3rd party payroll (paid thru external staffing agency) as a W2 employee.
