Cuckoo is a South Korean brand with 40+ years of experience in making premium kitchen appliances and home products.
They're famous for their top-ranking pressure cookers in South Korea and globally recognized for kitchen technology.
Cuckoo offers a wide range of high-quality products like rice cookers and air purifiers, known for excellent customer service.
They've grown significantly and focus on innovation to improve customer lives. In 2019,
they launched Cuckoo Rental America, providing water and air purifier rental services in the US.
▶ Finance Division - Accounting Part (Accountant) –Staff (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
• Management in day-to-day administrative, accounting, and office operation support
• Maintenance and oversight of office operations
• Preparation and review of operational and accounting data reports
• Analysis of internal processes
• Development and implementation of administrative policy changes
• Support business planning
• Account management/Sales support
• Other duties assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related fields
• Experience 2~3 years in Accounting / Business Planning / Progress Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks applications
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
▶ SCM Division – Manager (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
• Develop a supply plan based on demand planning.
• Manage and improve On-Time Delivery status for production, shipping, receiving, and delivery.
• Manage overall inventory assets across the organization and establish replenishment plans through monitoring.
• Conduct weekly and monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings involving sales, marketing, and supply chain management.
• Manage Supply Chain Management (SCM) operation key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Share and make rapid decisions on various issues through quantitative data and KPIs, enabling timely management.
Requirements:
• Understanding of materials, production, and logistics
• Proficiency in Excel
• Preferred experience in the field of electronic products, especially in the Home Appliance sector
• Experience in practical organizational management
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with relevant departments
