We expect,

• Provide good customer service and negotiate effectively
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communication
• Generate and qualifies new suppliers through survey and onsite visits
• Monitor key performance metrics including service levels and lead times

JOB DESCRIPTION  for SCM Buyer

• Receiving Inquiries, confirming order details and negotiating with SK Battery
• Receiving PO and analysis for proceeding plan
• Making procurement plan and strategy with team members 
• Sourcing and selecting qualified suppliers 
• Receive quotation and price analysis 
• Negotiations of prices, quality, lead time terms and payment condition 
• Issuing P/O to vendors
• Tracking income and expenditure 
• Management orders of quality, lead time and logistics 
• Confirmation of delivery
• Issuing Invoice to SK Battery
• Following up Invoices
• Monthly order closing 
• And related works

REQUIRED SKILLS 

• Buying experience in MRO industry can be preferred
• Experience of placing P/O of high volume and amount can be preferred
• MS Office

LOCATION

• Louisville  KY

EDUCATION

• Associate degree in business, engineering, or social science or above

WORK AUTHORIZATION 

• Legally eligible to work in the US
