Sales Associate

Hitejinro America is looking for a professional, skilled individual to join our growing sales team.

Responsibilities (Not limited to):

• Responsible for the development and success of supplier portfolio of brands.
• Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions to capture business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Maintain relationships with distributors by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry.
• Prepare and analyze reports to measure sales performance.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor's products and services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by KPI.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.
• Order processing and management
• Support promotional event with the team
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of sales principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must haves a valid Driver’s License
• Must be bilingual (Korean/English)
• Strong verbal and written skill in Korean
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. without restrictions
• Business Travel: 10-20%

Salary Range:

• $55,000-$65,000 per year
