- Coordinate and oversee the import process for ocean shipments to destination
- Track and monitor shipment progress, providing regular updates to customer

- Prepare and review import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
- Invoicing to customer and agent

- Resolve any issues or delays in the import process in a timely manner
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to arrange a trucker to pick up the goods

*Requirements

- Previous experience in import coordination or logistics operation
- Able to Multi-task and organize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S

Salary: $50,000 ~ $60,000 a year

TRANSPORTATION-LTL – 0명

- Managing nationwide shipping and pickup orders on a daily basis

- Working with multiple trucking companies to dispatch and manage shipments

- Monitoring order status for on-time pickup, in transit, and delivery status

- Utilizing transportation management system for data entry and shipment updates

- Communicating with customers, carriers, and end users and providing general customer service
