1. E-Commerce Email Marketing/Website Manager

Salary: $45,000 ~ $70,000 (Depending on your experience)

Roles and responsibility

• Creating emails, segmenting lists, tagging links, scheduling emails, A/B testing, analyzing
• Setting up automation workflows to and maintaining email performance
• Maintaining a content schedule and assist with planning and execution
• Utilize data to segment and optimize customer information for better targeting
• Take ownership of the e-commerce website sales
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for senior leadership
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Characteristics

• 1-2 years of experience working with email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize success.
• Ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with cross functional teams
• Strong project management skills and the proven ability to drive momentum
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
• Understanding of basic digital marketing principles
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
• Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Economics or related analytics fields)

2. MM (Mainstream & Mass Merchant) Channel Manager

Salary: $60,000 ~ $100,000 (Depending on your experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing entire Mainstream/Mass Merchant sales channels including Costco, Sprouts, Walmart and etc.
• Manage sales relationships with customers, and expand sales points
• Develop and implement mass merchant policies and regulations
• Coordinate and lead projects with related departments such as Marketing and R&D.
• Logistics and warehouse/Inventory management
• Analyzing sales data for performance review and planning (Products, Market Analysis)
• POS/ ERP (SAP) system management
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Providing data for Sales performance (Products, Market Analysis)

Required Skills/Characteristics

• Organizational management and strategy setting skill to supervise team and new business development
• Communication skill with key partners and top management including the Korean parent company.
• Market insight and over 5 years of experience in the related industry
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Bilingual skill in Korean & English in written and verbal is mandatory
• Must possess a legal driver’s license and be capable of driving
• No issue about a business trip
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US
• Experience in SAP preferred.

3. MM (Mainstream & Mass Merchant) Channel Sales Associate

Salary: $45,000 ~ $75,000 (Depending on your experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Mainstream/Mass Merchant sales channels including Costco, Sprouts, Walmart and etc.
• Manage sales relationships with customers, and expand sales points
• Develop and implement mass merchant policies and regulations
• Coordinate and assist in the Sales Department
• Logistics and warehouse/Inventory management
• Create/Review the invoice and cost items from the third-party warehouse and logistics companies and Prepare bills and invoices.
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Analyzing sales data for performance review and planning (Products, Market Analysis)
• POS/ ERP (SAP) system management
• Providing data for Sales performance (Products, Market Analysis)

Required Skills/Characteristics

• Communication skill with key partners and management including the Korean parent company.
