Miss A Stores is looking for an energetic full-time Inbound Supervisor to join our expanding team at our Headquarters in Dallas, Texas! In this role, the Team Lead will lead and provide guidance to the picking department. This includes manually picking orders, packing orders, and shipping orders for our Retail Store orders. This role will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to report any product that is damaged, returned, or discuss inventory discrepancies.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Supervise and train personnel to receive and put away all products per documented procedures.

·  Investigate zero shipments, receiving errors, and adjustments to inventory to determine root cause.

·  Ability to maintain accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management System

·  Report on the retail warehouse shopping bag inventory at the end of each month

·  Check the shipments received from the main inbound and update them the retail warehouse locations

·  Handle all procedures related to transfers and manage inventory

·  To ensure smooth store picking, inventory management and location management should always be maintained

·  Consistently update DP and PCS information and organize low items, damages, and GO BACK items

·  Manage the damaged boxes and restock boxes coming from the store to the warehouse and should always keep the outbound deck and warehouse clear to provide safe management for team members without accidents

·  To ensure that items coming in through the main inbound are quickly stocked in the retail rack and need to constantly tidy up the rack and ensure daily management to prevent congestion in locations

·  Organize the supplies received from the main inbound into the supply room for proper stocking

·  Provide real-time updates to the manager on whether he can complete the day`s tasks

·  Double check the missing list with the location

·  Check in damaged/returned retail inventory and organize, count, and restock onto the shelves

·  Communicate with other departments and assist in other departments as needed

·  Report to Inventory Manager for any inventory discrepancies

·  Undergo training a new team member if needed.

·  Assist with other warehouse duties, as needed

 

Requirements:

·           Strong Math skills

·         Must be able to read in English

·         Basic Excel/Word skills

·         Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced role, while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy across all open items

·         Demonstrate initiative and efficiency on a daily basis.

·         Have a positive attitude with co-workers and surrounding team.

·         Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift through 8-hour shift

·         Able to work in a warehouse environment (not climate control)

 

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to:

·         Must be able to sustain long periods of walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, lifting throughout 8-hour shift.

·         Working knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment

·         Manually picking & packing throughout 8-hour shift

·         Manually carry/lift boxes of up to 40 pounds

·         Full-time, Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
