They're famous for their top-ranking pressure cookers in South Korea and globally recognized for kitchen technology. Cuckoo offers a wide range of high-quality products like rice cookers and air purifiers, known for excellent customer service. They've grown significantly and focus on innovation to improve customer lives. In 2019, they launched Cuckoo Rental America, providing water and air purifier rental services in the US.

 

▶  Marketing (Marketing Part) –Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, manage, and optimize our performance marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more) for acquisition and retention across our various business units.

• Craft communications strategy for influencers that support positive relationships with both organic and paid influencers and growth in brand awareness, equity, and performance.

• Managing Amazon advertising campaigns and listing maintenance/optimization

• Manage the entire paid media strategy and campaign execution to increase lead generation and optimal ROAS.

• Develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.

• Track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget

• Coordinating all influencers' giveaways to launch cross-functional digital promotions

• Stay on top of the always-evolving social media landscape, from industry news to emerging technology

• Manage our social media accounts (responding to customer messages/comments accordingly) on all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

• Work with in-house graphic designers to create organic and paid social media campaigns across all platforms

• Track digital marketing trends within our industry and ideate campaigns revolving around these trends

• Manage Google advertising account (search, shopping, and display ads)

• Report social media campaign activities and results to management on a regular basis

• Help coordinate influencer marketing activities by researching appropriate influencers that align with our brand/product and reaching out regarding potential collaborations

 

• Properly allocate advertising spend according to a set monthly budget provided by management

 

 

 

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in relevant fields (digital marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing)

• Knowledge in Shopify usage (preferred)

• Experience in strategy, building, and scaling acquisition and retention channels

• Thorough understanding of social media

• Management of technical tools and implementation of testing opportunities

• Experience building and scaling acquisition and retention channels, managing technical tools, and implementing testing opportunities

• Excellent Excel and critical thinking skills - must be able to interpret raw data into meaningful insights, KPIs, and narratives

• Proficient in the economics of performance marketing

• Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Passionate about performance marketing/growth marketing

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to grow

• Ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively

• Bilingual in Korean & English (strongly preferred)*

• Experience with kitchen appliances & living appliances (preferred)

• Eligible to work in the US
