1) 구매 (Purchasing Coordinator)

Responsibilities
· Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
· Prepare and process purchase orders or purchase requests
· Update internal databases with order details
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery
· Research potential vendors
· Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and vendors
· Prepare cost analyses
· Maintain updated records of invoices/contracts and request all required documents from vendors
· Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
· Liaise with logistics department to ensure all products arrive in good condition

Qualifications
· Work experience as a purchase assistant, purchasing office or similar role
· Good understanding of supply chain procedures
· Hands-on experience with purchasing software
· Advance knowledge of MS Excel
· Knowledge of market research
· Experience in beauty supply industry is a plus

2) Design Graphic & Packaging Designer

Responsibilities
-Collaborate with creative teams to execute designs that are effective, on-brand and eye-catching
-Design development and execution of core brand for new product launches
-Including: advertising, catalog, packaging mock-ups, photography, marketing assets

Qualifications
-Excellent typography and graphic design skill – with an understanding and appreciation of the beauty industry
-Knowledge of print, production and primary packaging
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design
-Strong time management and ability to multitask
-Knowledge of HTML / Web design software a plus
-Eligible to work in the United States
