Qualifications:

Experience: 
No prior experience required, though relevant experience is preferred

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or current student nearing graduation

Languages: 
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required

Position Descriptions:

Position 1: Accounting / Finance

<ul>
	<li>Accounting: Oversee general accounting functions, including invoicing and managing store-specific statements</li>
	<li>Finance: Handle budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management</li>
</ul>

Position 2: Human Resources

<ul>
	<li>Manage recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and performance evaluations</li>
</ul>

Position 3: Marketing

<ul>
	<li>Develop promotional campaigns, manage social media accounts, and design marketing materials for new products and monthly promotions</li>
</ul>

Position 4: Operations

<ul>
	<li>Manage daily store operations, maintain records, and respond to any urgent matters</li>
</ul>

Position 5: Inventory Management

<ul>
	<li>Oversee inventory control, including order processing, receiving, and shipping</li>
</ul>

Compensation and Benefits:

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $17–$22 per hour</li>
	<li>Employment Type: Full-time / Internship for J-1 candidates</li>
	<li>Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)</li>
	<li>Paid Time Off (PTO): 5 days per year</li>
	<li>Visa Sponsorship: J1, H1B, OPT, Green Card</li>
</ul>
