The company ensures continuous operation through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive measures, and upgrades.

Qualifications:

Experience: 
No prior experience required

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field required

Languages: 
English and Korean

Compensation and Benefits:

	<li>Salary: Negotiable, based on experience</li>
	<li>Employment Type: Full-time</li>
	<li>Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekend work may be required)</li>
	<li>Paid Time Off (PTO): 14 days of vacation, with one additional day accrued each year, plus 8 public holidays</li>
	<li>Visa Sponsorship: H1B, OPT, J1, Green Card (visa expense support available)</li>
	<li>Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage provided</li>
	<li>Retirement Plan: Implementation planned for 2025</li>
