Miss A Stores, Inc. is currently seeking a bright, organized, and detail-oriented individual to work as our Retail Operations Specialist to join our expanding team at our Headquarters office in Dallas, Texas! The Retail Operations Specialist will monitor standard operating processes within the stores. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize. This role supports the Retail Operations Manager with store operational reports, administrative duties, and special projects.
Job Duties
· Manage store operational reporting via Google Sheets.
· Oversee daily cash deposit adherence for total stores.
· Book travel as needed for retail store employees.
· Submit operational expense reports for the Retail Operations Team.
· Oversee store schedule adherence to ensure optimal payroll spending and accuracy.
· Assist Retail Operations Manager in day-to-day tasking, human resources processes, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
· Store Operations experience is preferred.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel.
· Working knowledge of Google is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Ability to collaborate with others to achieve results.
· Must have exceptional time management skills, detail oriented, and must be able to effectively prioritize and multitask.
· Must be able to travel to store locations as needed.

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, using a phone, and working on a computer.
· Store visits are possible - must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
· Lift no less than 15-30 lbs. on occasion.
· Work in a Retail Office environment.
