Job Title: SCM STAFF & Leader

Inventory Planning (International Logistics)

<ul>
	<li align="left">Oversight and management of product forecasting to ensure in-stock status with appropriate turns to support a high digital growth environment</li>
	<li align="left">Oversee receiving, warehousing, distributing, and operating</li>
	<li align="left">Coordinate and control the order cycles</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li align="left">Inventory Planning (Domestic Logistics)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li align="left">Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision</li>
	<li align="left">Focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness of freight operations to balance customer delivery requirements with cost-per-delivery requirements</li>
	<li align="left">Identify problems or delays related to logistics and report in a timely manner</li>
	<li align="left">Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods</li>
</ul>

Other Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li align="left">Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li>
	<li align="left">Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions while adhering to the company's expectations</li>
	<li align="left">Regular inventory asset checks</li>
	<li align="left">Perform all other duties as assigned and required</li>
</ul>

Education and Experience Requirements

<ul>
	<li align="left">Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant in-depth experience in an operational and logistical environment</li>
	<li align="left">Solid knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry</li>
	<li align="left">Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) programs</li>
	<li align="left">Experience with NetSuite</li>
	<li align="left">Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
	<li align="left">Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner</li>
	<li align="left">Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within a fast-paced environment</li>
	<li align="left">Proven working experience as a logistics associate for domestic and international operations</li>
	<li align="left">Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills</li>
	<li align="left">Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
	<li align="left">Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately</li>
	<li align="left">Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy</li>
	<li align="left">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain processes and customer satisfaction</li>
	<li align="left">Excellent phone etiquette</li>

Job Type: Full-time 
Salary: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year 
Work Location: In person
