Freight Forwarding (In/Outbound Operations) - Full Time

Entry Level / Experienced – 0명

Job Location:  Wood Dale, Illinois (IL)

Job Duties & Qualifications:

- Equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

- Monitoring and follow-up with customers, overseas agents, and other vendors

- Customer service skills and problem-solving skills regarding transportation systems, and customer issues

- Manage and negotiate with carriers/forwarder/broker selection to maintain rate and service contracts

- Excellent communicating and reporting skills to upper management regarding all but not limited to costs, special projects, and any issues.

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Organized and numerate with a desire to complete all tasks fully. No loose ends.

- Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications

- Bi-lingual in both English and Korean

- Must be able to legally work in the US.
