General Responsibilities:

• Coordinator: Handle travel and business trip-related tasks such as booking flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, vacation packages, visa services, and more.
• Managing Customer Profiles: Maintain and update client information.
• Customer Service Management: Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Website/Social Media Management: Assist with the upkeep and updates of our company website and social media platforms.
• Accounting Management: Manage basic accounting tasks and financial records.

Requirements / Skills:

• Language: Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
