Oversight and management of product forecasting to ensure in-stock status with appropriate turns to support a high digital growth environment
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distributing, and operating
Coordinate and control the order cycles
Inventory Planning (Domestic Logistics)
Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
Focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness of freight operations to balance customer delivery requirements with cost-per-delivery requirements
Identify problems or delays related to logistics and report in a timely manner
Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Other Responsibilities
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions while adhering to the company's expectations
Regular inventory asset checks
Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant in-depth experience in an operational and logistical environment
Solid knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) programs
Experience with NetSuite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner
Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within a fast-paced environment
Proven working experience as a logistics associate for domestic and international operations
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain processes and customer satisfaction
