- Inside Sales

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and contract management.
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
• Maintain sales documentation, such as reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Manage customer data and sales activities.
• Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and support sales training initiatives

- Maintenance

•  Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on equipment and machinery.
• Maintain facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address potential hazards.
• Document maintenance activities and generate reports.
• Coordinate with teams and communicate effectively to resolve maintenance issues

- Production

• Operating Machinery: Set up and operate production equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly and adjusting as needed.
• Staffing Coordination: Manage personnel from a staffing company.
• Assembly and Manufacturing: Follow instructions to assemble products using tools and equipment.
• Material Handling: Move materials and finished products within the production area using equipment like forklifts or hand trucks.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and fix basic mechanical issues with production equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.

- Quality Control (Office Job)

• Ensure the quality assurance of products, including managing the Certificate of Analysis and shipment processes.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer feedback and voice of the customer (VOC) information.
• Manage delivery specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead, participate in, and support timely customer audits to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain facility standards and oversee their management to uphold quality requirements.
