당사는 종합 뷰티 용품 제조 유통 회사로서  사세의 확장에 따른 구매 분야 인재를 구하고 있습니다.


위치: New York

Responsibilities
·        Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
·        Prepare and process purchase orders or purchase requests
·        Update internal databases with order details
·        Track orders and ensure timely delivery
·        Research potential vendors
·        Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and vendors
·        Prepare cost analyses
·        Maintain updated records of invoices/contracts and request all required documents from vendors
·        Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
·        Liaise with logistics department to ensure all products arrive in good condition


Qualifications
·        Work experience as a purchase assistant, purchasing office or similar role
·        Good understanding of supply chain procedures
·        Hands-on experience with purchasing software
·        Advance knowledge of MS Excel
·        Knowledge of market research
·        Experience in beauty supply industry is a plus
