We are hiring for Senior Staff Accountant & Staff Accountant position with basic understanding of accounting principles and can process daily/monthly transactions from A/P, A/R, Payroll, Inventory, and General Ledger to Financial Statements along with analysis with the use of QuickBooks. 

 

Job Duties

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Post journal entries to QuickBooks.

• Monitor the posting of such invoices into QuickBooks.

• Bank reconciliation and end-of-month closing of books.

• Create on demand reports in QuickBooks.

• Tax Compliance: sales tax, employment tax, property taxes etc.

• Must perform to the best of their ability all other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of tax rules and regulations

• Requires knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.

• Must have knowledge of Excel and understanding with financial statements.

• Must be able to multi-task.

• Requires verbal and written communications skills.
