JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Garment/Apparel Experience is a must.
· Responsibilities include assisting the day to day operations in our customer service department
· Communicate and coordinates with Sample department
· Can work with minimum supervision
· Sales/Customer service skills
· Excellent communications in verbal and in written
· Deadline driven individuals
· Received and coordinates tech pack for samples and future productions orders from customers
· Make initial costing to make the production for cut tickets/trims/fabric and all other production process
· Close coordination between customers approval and productions status

Skills:
· Must work accurately in a fast-paced environment
· Efficient, detail oriented and exceedingly thorough
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Bilingual – Spanish, Korean and English is a plus not a requirements
· Needs to be extremely organized and be able to multi task
-Knowledge: Extensive MS Office (Excel)
This is a fulltime position. This position can start immediately.
