Location: City of Industry, CA

Type of Work: Full Time

Salary Range: $50,000 ~ $70,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience)

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• Proficiency with computers (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S without sponsorship

1. Accounting (AR- AP) 

Job Description

• Oversee billing and payment activities by coordinating accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist with month-end close, including preparing journal entries and reviewing general ledger accounts

• Help with drafting key financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow summaries

• Track and follow up on unpaid invoices 

• Maintain organized and compliant financial records

• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes for greater efficiency

• Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support for the finance team, including data entry and recordkeeping

2. Sales Admin (Purchasing/ QA/ QC/SCM)

Job Description

• Derivation of optimal logistics efficiency for each delivery destination

• Communication on delivery schedule and rates with related companies

• Generate and prepare invoices for customers

• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and transactions.

• Establishment of an efficient promotion plan for inventory in possession 

• Manage response to food import compliance requirements from FSVP, FFR, USDA, and CBP, etc.

• Assist in end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination across the SCM process
