▶ ​ Marketing Div. Marketing -  Staff (Full-time)
 
Responsibilities
 Content Development and Optimization:
⦁ Develop, write, and edit creative and compelling product listings including titles, key features, descriptions, and bullets that highlight product benefits and are optimized for especially Amazon's search algorithm.
⦁ Create and manage retailers' content to enhance product pages through rich texts and images that improve customer experience and product understanding.
⦁ Optimize listings for SEO by researching and integrating effective keywords.
Product Launch Preparation:
⦁ Collaborate with product and marketing teams to plan and execute launch strategies tailored to Amazon, Website, and other retailers.
⦁ Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely availability of products for launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
⦁ Work with the broader e-commerce team to align Amazon strategies with other online and offline marketing efforts.
⦁ Ensure brand consistency across all Amazon content and promotional materials.
Performance Analysis:
⦁ Track and report on content performance metrics, using Advertising analytics tools (AMZ ads, FB/Google Ads) to measure the success of product listings and advertising campaigns.
⦁ Use data insights to continually refine content and marketing strategies, improving visibility, engagement, and sales.

▶ ​ Marketing Div. Junior Graphic Designer - Staff (Full-time)

 

Responsibilities

• Develop product brochure, ecommerce contents and branding materials
• Create original graphics and artwork (illustrative, photographic)
• Project manages and designs printed materials, including program books, inserts, and posters
• Layout presentations, including new products, capabilities, production, and pitch decks
• Work with the Product Development team to ensure designs are producible
• Assemble style guides and licensing materials
• Design content for digital marketing, including web banners, e-blasts, and social posts

 

Qualifications

• BFA in Graphic Design, Ad Design, Communication Design, or Illustration
• 1 Year professional experience in Graphic Design
• Highly Proficient in The Adobe Creative Suite (*InDesign*, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solutions oriented and creatively collaborative
• Must have experience with paper goods, and setting up print-ready files
• Understanding and passion for product graphics
• Branding and/or illustration experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Korean and English highly preferred

Salary Range: $ 48K – 52K

 

 

▶ ​ Finance Div. Financial Planning and Analysis – Part Leader / Staff (Full-time)

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis to identify key business drivers and provide insights into financial performance
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate financial assumptions, and support various financial analysis needs
• Support month-end close processes
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights
• Assist in Ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar finance role
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary Range: $ 65K - 82K (Part Leader) / $ 55K - 65K (Staff)

 

 

▶ ​ Finance Div. Accounting – Manager / Part Leader (Full-time)

 

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting and Operations manager for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Manage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the Inhouse data
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of total goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs
• Ensure accurate PO issuance and order receipts
• Oversee and manage the daily order process 
• Supervise and develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

• 6 + years of experience in Accounting and Operation is required
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required
• Experience with account ERP is required (i.e., NetSuite, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• A CPA Certification holder is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required

Salary Range: $ 85K – 110K (Manager) / $ 60K – 75K (Part Leader)

 

 

▶ ​ Administration Div. – Part Leader / Staff (Full-time)

 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day organization of the site administrative and organizational tasks (which are often to be dealt with in a confidential way), secretarial functions, general affairs, and assistance to the managers.
• Assistance to management in practical matters, and administration.
• Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.
• Assist with asset management

 

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word process
• Bilingual in Korean and English a plus
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Salary Range: $ 55K – 68K (Part Leader) / $ 48K - 54K (Staff)

 

 

 

▶ ​ SCM, Logistic – Staff (Full-time)

 

Responsibilities

• Plan medium and long-term logistics center based on business plans
• Conduct preliminary research in logistics center areas and set up distribution centers and regional distribution centers
• Manage transportation routes and design a simplified Transportation Management System
• Identify and carry out the bidding process for third-party logistics companies
• Manage logistics costs and work on optimizing operations for cost reduction
• Focus on identifying inefficiencies in supply chain management from a logistics perspective and maximizing cost savings

Qualifications

• Experience with 3PL companies is preferred
• Knowledge of logistics management and planning skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics planning
• Strong commitment to cost reduction initiatives

Salary Range: $ 45K – 55K

Qualifications

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment

▶ Technical Support – Independent Contractor, 1099 / Seattle, WA Area / Cerritos, CA

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly and effectively towards customer service inquiries
• Troubleshoot and develop creative solutions that cater to customer challenges
• Having full knowledge and staying up to date on all our products and services
• Provide technical assistance to callers
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer needs in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications

• Experience working with Rice Cookers or relevant experience required
• Bilingual in Korean and English is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism when customers are stressed or upset
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
