The accounting will keep financial records, prepare reports, and update financial information. The accountant must be familiar with accounting

procedures and should have experience with accounting software programs. The ideal candidate will be able to process business transactions,

handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, receipts, and other financial matters. Proven accounting experience required. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- ​​Keeping financial records up-to-date

Position Summary

The E-commerce Sales Assistant is responsible for growing assigned online channels and accounts through maintenance and growth.

This role will focus on assisting the E-commerce sales; cross border and US domestic online channels. Responsibilities include but not

limited to sales planning, selling activities related to creating product listing, daily order process and customer service. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- ​Closely working with design team to create the product selling pages in various online channels in Korean and 

   English as well.

- ​Receiving daily order details and process with shipping company which includes but not limited to 

   listing, communicating, picking, packing. (Korean online channels and US online channels)

- ​Manage current inventory level and communicate with MD team for re-stocking.

Position Summary

The National Account Sales Assistant is responsible for growing assigned channels and accounts through maintenance and growth of existing customers

and assisting the establishment of new customers. This role will focus on assisting the development of a variety of channels including; national retail,

specialty retail, and regional supermarkets. Responsibilities include business planning, selling activities related to creating long-term valued business

Emart America Inc. is looking for a talented and driven Import/Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Emart acts as an outpost for Shinsegae Group,

the largest resourcing company in South Korea. Emart is a leader in lifestyle and the longest-running global resourcing company in Korea.

Emart conducts direct business with vendors in order to supply goods to our stores in Korea. With a myriad of different channels,

Import/Logistics coordinator will interact with members of sales team and provide administrative support. Additionally,

you will work closely with oversea shippers to ensure all criteria are met with USDA/FDA regulation & US import regulations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- ​​Global sourcing/purchasing from overseas including Emart Private and national brand products

- ​​Set up pricing, promotion, and marketing sales plan for Distributors.  

- ​​Responsible for the planning and execution of international shipment

- ​​Work with sales team to comply with all customer labeling and shipping requirements

The Sourcing Merchandiser is responsible for sourcing and procuring products that delivers the best value in price and quality, establish and

oversee the production functions of vendors, and develop new supply chains for new trends and buying programs. 

 

Qualifications:

- ​​​Retail merchandising/buying experience, or comparable merchandising and inventory planning experience 

  preferred (Grocery Food channel experience plus)

1. Buying Management

- ​​​Manages purchase orders and inventory; maintains close coordination with vendors to ensure timely execution

- Responsible for introducing and relaying new products to sourcing team in Korea

- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms to ensure competitiveness
