We are looking to hire energetic and diligent full-time employees to join our expanding team.
This is a growing team so you will have the ability to wear multiple hats and be an integral part of department development.

-Bookkeeper Accounting Assistant-
//Job Description//
• Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts.
• Processing payments.
• Producing various financial reports.
• Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry
• Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain daily recording keeping
//Job Qualifications//
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Quickbooks: 2 years (preferred)
• +2 years of experience required
-Sales/Marketing Representative (Beauty & Cosmetics)-

• Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clients
• Sales order and PO follow up (order processing)
• Ability to multitask and excellent communication skills
• Assist in tradeshow prep, sample coordination, data entry, and any additional administrative support for sales team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, presenting and negotiating skills
• Proficient in Excel
-Warehouse Assistant Manager-

• Manage inbound / outbound shipments
• Knowledge of logistics and routing guide of company orders
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Receiving, shipping, and keeping track of stock
• Must be highly motivated, responsible, organized, and proficient in MS. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must be able to lift boxes of 50 lbs. or more.
• Speak English or Spanish fluently
