Human Resources Assistant Manager – 인사총무팀

 

Job Overview: 

  • ​​​​​Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Experienced marketing manager (7+ years) within the digital integrated marketing / ad sales industry / OOH / offline showroom marketing with a deep understanding of

how to creatively work for promoting brand awareness and increasing sales. Additionally, this role will manage the direct marketing campaign planning and operations.

This position will work in our corporate office located in Los Angeles, CA.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serves as the strategic owner of end-to-end direct customer marketing

Real Estate Developer (Display Showroom and Branch Office Development Real Estate Manager)
Purpose of the Position
The Real Estate Manager manages the real estate process by assisting display showrooms and branch offices nationwide from finding proper spaces through lease execution.

The Real Estate Manager is the main point of contact for the brokers to interact with the management team in Coway during this site selection process.

The role requires an understanding of Coway business model and create and present real estate decision-making processes to gain site approval and lease decisions. Lastly,

the Real Estate Manager ensures the reputation of Coway with real estate professionals is actively considered and in good standing.


Essential Job Functions

  • Working as part of a team to accomplish tasks by set deadlines and making adjustments throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from consumers.
  • Identify targeted trade areas for development by gathering and evaluating market data
  • Conduct high-quality trade area reviews in targeted trade areas
  • Work with local brokers and developers to procure a targeted number of new display showroom and branch office openings and keeping brokers informed of new initiatives
  • and standards related to Coway real estate
  • Build and manage the pipeline of potential sites in specific markets identified for expansion to ensure Coway meets development strategy
  • Manage and update Development Market Strategies, including research, data management
  • Negotiate and review lease contracts
  • Work with managements of Coway to bring all aspects of new display showrooms and branch offices openings together in the designated territory (leasing, scheduling, budgeting)

  • Manage lease renewal process for existing locations in-territory, to make lease renewal decisions as well as to evaluate relocation opportunities
  • As required, this position will support and monitor the development process in the existing competitors and markets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years in Real Estate site selection and leadership position within high new-unit-growth business is required, preferably in the retail and franchise industry
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
