Job Description

Inventory Planning (International Logistics)

• Oversight and management of product forecasting to ensure in-stock status with appropriate turns to support a high digital growth environment
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distributing, and operating
• Coordinate and control the order cycles
• Inventory Planning (Domestic Logistics)

Inventory Planning (Domestic Logistics)

• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
• Focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness of freight operations to balance customer delivery requirements with cost-per-delivery requirements
• Identify problems or delays related to logistics and report in a timely manner
• Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods

Other Responsibilities 

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions while adhering to the company's expectations
• Regular inventory asset checks
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant in-depth experience in an operational and logistical environment
• Solid knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) programs
• Experience with NetSuite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner
• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within a fast-paced environment
• Proven working experience as a logistics associate for domestic and international operations
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain processes and customer satisfaction
• Excellent phone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
