- Data Entry, Document processing, and shipment handling 
- Tracking, tracing, and updating status of shipments as Daily Procedures 
- Provide customer care services with on-time and real-time tracking updates 
- Customer satisfaction by understanding the operational procedures and ensuring customer requirements are met 
- Time management 
 
- Full Time (8:30 am ~ 5:30 pm) 
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Korean 
- Air & Ocean In-Bound Operation 
- Good Communication Skills 
- No Experience Needed (Entry Level) 
- Must be eligible to work in the US
