Transportation Operations 
- System data entry and update 
- Order and planning management 
- Order dispatching 
- Trucking carrier management 
- Track and trace 
- Order billing management 
- Communication with customers, end users, and carriers 
- Operations reporting and problem-solving 
- Perform other duties as assigned
