• Job Position: Administrative Assistant
• Job Type:      Full-time
• Pay: $15-$20 per hour (DOE)       
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

Essential Qualification: 

• A.A. degree or equivalent required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual (Korean)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and operational support
• Update and maintain financial and office records
• Perform data entry for the company’s database system
• Prepare and process customer orders
• Research funding opportunities for company projects
• Assist other staff and perform related duties as needed
