Caravan® Global is an import export company of outdoor leisure products, located in Carson

and is seeking self-motivated and detail oriented individuals in following open position:

Billing/Account receivable Clerk

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Performing general bookkeeping work.
• Verifying accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.
• Creating invoices, Credit memos and other necessary billing documents,.
• Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Following up on outstanding open invoices.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:           
• High School (or GDE) and college degree preferred
• Good Data Entry Skill
• Good oral, written, and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Must be able to multitask, be well organized, and be detail oriented.
• Prior experience in accounting with general math and accurate data entry skills.
