• Oversea and facilitate import of material from point of origin overseas to customer delivery in the US
  • Manage and track shipment schedules
  • Provide administrative support for all import shipments
• Assist in processing sales and purchase orders
  • Documentation review and order input into sales system
  • Support production schedule maintenance

• Team player with strong communication skills
• Creative and proactive individual with a positive can-do attitude
• Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
• English required. Additional language skills as plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and web-based research skill required
• MUST BE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US
