STYLE MELODY, INC.
A fast-growing women’s apparel manufacturer is looking for a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team for the following positions at downtown LA and Vernon.
1. STORE SALES ASSOCIATE • 2+ years of sales experience in the apparel industry • Process and follow up with customer’s orders • Provide excellent customer support • Detail-oriented and organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills and work as a team player
2. E-COMMERCE/ TRADESHOW SALE SASSOCIATE • 2+ years’ experience in apparel industry (Fashion Go experience plus) • Attend trade show & Manage calls & emails and support web contents. • Process web orders and follow-up PO with customers. • Knowledge and experience in social media, advertisement, e-mail campaigns • Must be fluent in English & excellent communication skills
3. STORE FRONT DESK CLERK (CASHIER) • Creating invoices and store credit. • Order entry: Input all new customer information and sales orders. • Receiving payments (Cashier’s role) • Exceptional customer service skills with manners • Attention to details & well organized
4. SALES DATA ANALYSTS • Bachelor's degree with a focus within Statistics, Finance or Economics • 2+ years-experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field • Advanced experience with Excel such as vlookups, nested formulas & pivot tables • Familiarity with ERP systems. Salesforce experience is a plus • Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of our sales team
5. DATA ENGINEER • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics • 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role • Data modeling, warehousing and building data ETL pipelines • Experience with IT project delivery for Business Intelligence oriented projects. • Strong data visualization skills using reporting/analytic tools
6. ASSOCIATE DESIGNER • AA or BA degree in fashion school • 3+ years working experience in the apparel industry. • Knowledge of garment manufacturing process. • Understanding latest fashion trend & Ability to forecast trends with creativity • Able to data entry on the ERP system and follow up PO.
7. WEB / WINDOW DEVELOPERS • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related fields. • .Net MVC C#, ASP.Net Framework • SQL Server • Experience with machine learning project • Support and Develop the company's software solutions.
8. IT SUPPORT INTERN / OFFICER • Must speak and understand both Korean & English fluently • Interprets complex issues and clearly communicates them to others. • Develops and documents standards and procedures • Understanding company’ information systems • Technical knowledge with computer hardware & software preferred but not required
QUALIFICATIONS; • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. • Must be organized and detail-oriented. • Bi-lingual (English/Korean) preferred.
