Production Coordinator (Purchasing & Oversea Vendor managing)

Orange Circle Studio/ Studio Oh!, A Gift and Stationery products developer and wholesaler located in Irvine, is now seeking a production management to support our dynamic growth with key accounts (such as Target, Paper Source, Francesca's, and Barnes and Noble).
The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a high level of commitment to their work. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual looking to work alongside a tight-knit group within a creative environment.


Responsibilities:
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
• Track Purchasing activity and measurements.
• Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with customers, vendors and others to determine

 cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action.
• Manage vendor relationship and assist in building effective partnership.
• Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, and products in a timely and cost-effective way; timely manner

  while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specification.
• Communicating and coordinating multiple projects with international vendors


Requirements:
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bilingual (English & Korean) is preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
