1. IT Software Support

We are looking for self-motivated individual to take on new challenges and help support the company through their knowledge

and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide quality support. Job duties will include database maintenance,

upgrades, SQL queries, Crystal Reports, SAP and Server components troubleshooting.

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of SQLServer Administration experience
  • General knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of a programming language used to build integrations using C#/.NET, Javascript or PHP
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Salesforce and SAP B1 is desirable
  • Strong Crystal report development experience. Experience developing integrations, customizations, and integrating extensions
  • Experience with PHP/Bootstrap/MySQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across both business and technical audiences

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Implement an optimal SAP B1 configuration to maximize system performance and availability
  • Develop and tune SQL queries to ensure optimal system performance
  • Administer the Microsoft SQL Database (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution) Respond to and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Provide custom development when appropriate including user defined fields, tables and objects as well as integrations to other key systems
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
  • Assist in maintaining IT hardware inventory.
  • Assist in documenting internal support processes and procedures
  • Assist in physical moves of computer equipment.
  • Update company portals.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

2. Office Support Assistant

The Office Support Assistant is an integral part of the customer experience and acts as the first point of contact for our guests, in person or

on the phone. In this role, s/he enhances the company brand by creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, screening and/or directing

phone calls and providing administrative support to the Office Department. Reporting to the Office Manager,

Office Support Assistant should be an energetic professional that places customer service/satisfaction as their highest priority.  

S/he must be able to multi-task, have excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational and time management skills.

Provides Front Desk support & General responsibilities:

 Being a positive and articulate ambassador of the Annie International with inspiring confidence and creating a superior lobby experience and effective front-desk operations

  • Welcoming visitors in a friendly, upbeat way
  • Receiving, directing, handling phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining an orderly desk area and reception area to create a positive impression as guests pass through
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing mail across all offices. This includes regular mail deliveries along with packages and carrier services
  • Providing basic administrative support as requested
  • Assisting with other related administrative duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • Filing paperwork and correspondence as directed

 

Detailed Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Daily Order Entry

Responsible for Order Entry into SAP including OTC, Non-OTC and E-Commerce Orders

Receive and Distribute the Mail Daily

  • Process all Checks received via Mail
    • Review all checks for accuracy
    • Mark all checks with Customer Code and Invoice Numbers
    • Enter Checks into Excel Spreadsheet
  • Answer Phones
    • Assist Customers with issues
    • Process End-User Complaints

 

 

3. Staff Accountant/Entry Level Accountant

The General Staff Accountant maintains and controls the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization,

applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that includes analytical work and thorough review of financial records.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

-Assist the Corporate Controller with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the Accounting/ Finance Department

 including grant management and budget review and analysis.

-Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements

 are paid accurately and in accordance with Finance policies and procedures

-Perform the processing of functional and benefits expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses,

 fixed assets depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, if necessary.

-Prepare and analyze the monthly budget/forecast to actual variance reports per program and department.

-Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, employer's benefit costs, accruals and prepaid expenses.

-Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements, budget performance, and interim grant financial reporting.

-Perform internal audits- Prepare and develop procedure of year end closing as an internal audit functions, including inventory audit and general accounting audit.

 

Skills & competencies

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel). Hands-on detail-oriented tasks.

- Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in accounting and keep current with developments and trends.

  Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems to meet work needs.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.

4. Freight Forwarder/Logistics Planner

This position will research rates, routings, or modes of transport for shipment of products, maintain awareness of regulations

affecting the international movement of cargo, make arrangements for additional services, such as storage or inland transportation.

This position also calculates weight, volume, or cost of goods to be moved.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 Organizing the shipment of goods (e.g. packing, mode of transport, best route)

  • Negotiating terms of carriage with carriers, booking cargo space and making payments
  • Managing customs clearance procedures, transport documents and insurance paperwork
  • Monitoring and communicating real-time shipment status
  • Checking that shipments are delivered as planned and resolving any issues

The key skills required by a freight forwarder are as follows:

  • Knowledge of local and international carriers and routes
  • Ability to organize shipments
  • Ability to use key IT systems
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
  • Mediation and negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to cope well with pressure and work to deadlines
  • Precision and ability to work independently

5. Warehouse Driver /Warehouse employee (학력 무관)

Essential Knowledge / Skill

6. Quality Control Staff   (학력 무관)

Quality Control Inspector checks and documents the quality of all incoming material and products.

The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for details and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential.

The successful candidate will have a creative, innovative approach to his or her work and will never shy away from offering frank observations and recommendations.

The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment and superb workmanship. This way our customers will enjoy high-quality merchandise so that we can achieve long-term success.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Performs thorough inspections on incoming products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting unacceptable products
  • Documents and reports inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into database
  • Discusses inspection results with those responsible for products
  • Creates comprehensive documentation for quality issues and notes the corrective actions that were taken
  • Develops and conducts a variety of tests on inbound products from vendors
  • Inform QC supervisor on quality control issues and product quality
  • Investigates customer quality complaints and works with product managers to resolve the issues
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Other Duties

  • Rework; such as labeling every single item upon customer's needs.
  • Assist with other duties within the Quality Control Department as needed.
